Why do I workout? Because it’s been AMAZING for my mental health. Taking time to move my body daily helps me release emotions, clears my head, vastly improves my mood, and alleviates symptoms of PMS. Pairing curiosity and consistency, I even completed Millionaire Hoy’s 100 Day Challenge. There are so many benefits to moving my body daily! I’m taking care of Future Me by practicing this act of self-care. And I know you’ll feel the same, no matter how you choose to move your body!

Cost: $1,000 for one 30-day package. Of course, you will have a few days prep time prior to the official start of your challenge. After our initial call, you’ll have time to order any needed tools and equipment and begin to create your beautiful workout space. Including prep time, our accountability practice will range from 30-40 days.
