Otaheite Apple/Jamaican Apple – also known as Malay Rose Apple & several other aliases.

Bammy – fried cassava bread
Boyyo/Jamaican Blue Draws – cornmeal, sweet potato, raisins and coconut – wrapped in banana leaf
Escovitch Fish – “…seasoned, fried and marinated with a peppery vinegar-based dressing made colourful with julienned bell peppers, carrots and onions.” – Cook Like a Jamaican
