In addition to my usual 45-60 minute Millionaire Hoy workout, I’ve added a series of YouTube 5 minute-ish workouts.

- MonikaFit Energy Boost — 10 mins
- Kukuwa Alive in 5 – #6 — 5 mins
- Yuuka Sagawa – Flat Belly — 8 mins
- Yuuka Sagawa – Slim Arms — 8 mins
- Millionaire Hoy Tabata HIIT Tag Team — 6o mins (This is an app only workout)
- SaraBeth Yoga Seated UNWIND – 10 mins (available on YouTube & her app)
TOTAL TIME: 101 minutes
I average about 1.2 – 2 hours of daily at-home workouts. Generally, I break this up into 2-3 sessions.
INCYMI, Millionaire Hoy is my absolute favorite online fitness trainer! I’ve been doing his workouts since 2017. Most months, I do one of his 28 or 30 day challenges. Mill Hoy’s workouts are energetic & innovative. With thousands of workouts to choose from, I never get bored.
Breakthrough 100 is a 100-day challenge that was previously ONLY available on the HoyPro app. No, it’s not a 5 minute-ish video but he’s my faaaaav!

ABS
On a lark, I started Yuuka Sagawa’s 30 Day Abs Challenge. It’s *50+ days later and I am still at it. There’s a fluidity to the movements that I love. And I can feel the progress that I’ve made over time. *In total, I’ve missed 3 non-consecutive days since I started. I worked out on those days but for various reasons didn’t include this one.
DANCE
Kukuwa!!! Kukuwa Alive in 5 is a 30 Day Challenge that is an absolute hoot! It was a daily highlight of January 2022 for me! Every time, I would think, “okay this one is my favorite”, this Mother-Daughter team, would drop an even more joyous dance tutorial the next day!
I do this dance cardio from All Blanc TV 2-3 times a week just cause it makes me giggle. So much fun! Louis has another 4-minute dance video solo. ➡️ CLICK HERE
FULL BODY WORKOUTS

KITCHEN WORKOUTS
Dr. LA Thoma Gustin popped up in my YouTube feed a few weeks ago. Thank goodness! What a happy accident! Okay, it was probably more like a happy algorithm! 😜
Sometimes, I follow along with her kitchen workouts or just do the moves which I memorized. These are moves you can do anytime you wander into the kitchen or as you’re making coffee.
If you subscribe to my newsletter, you know that I love Dr. Rangan Chatterjee’s book, Feel Great Lose Weight. In the book, he describes and encourages Kitchen Workouts.
The workout below is from another one of his books: “How to Make Disease Disappear” (US title). I prefer this workout over those in Feel Great Lose Weight. There are more moves and I get the benefit of hearing Dr. Chatterjee’s commentary and following along in real time!
YOGA/WARM-UP
Another fun, quick workout with Louis from All Blanc. There are actually other All Blanc TV team members, I promise you. 😃😃
This was one features a gorgeous holiday location! It’s a workout that I’ve struggled with especially that first move but I just laugh through it.

I’ve been doing this HasFit Dynamic Stretch video since around 2016. I also bought his book! Coach Kozak’s book StayFit for Life is perfect for workout newbies, those restarting their movement practice and, seniors.
UPPER BODY
I’m gonna be talking about my tight shoulders a lot in this section. Just so you know. 😜
This 5-minute video from Eugene Teo was a game changer for my shoulders. Right away, I realized that I was focusing too much on other parts of my shoulders and not so much my delts.
I add this delts move into my arms days (Roughly, Tuesdays and Thursdays. Joddie Gun Show coming your way, Summer 2022…wait for it!)
And I also do this move when an arm move comes up during a workout that I don’t want to do (ha ha) or I need to modify, etc.
⬇️⬇️ This is the other Yuuka Sagawa video that I do daily. The entire workout is done while sitting on a mat.
Thanks to my tight shoulders this was a challenge at first. But after a couple of weeks, my shoulders felt looser and the exercises got easier. This is another 30 day challenge. As of this writing, I’m 25+ days in.
Emi Wong just does not disappoint. Love her workouts cause they tend to be between 10-20 minutes and very doable.
She suggests doing this shoulders/neck/collarbone workout daily. I started back in November 2021 and after a few weeks switched to twice a week.
Doing these moves have greatly helped my tight shoulders and range of motion. *In addition to stretching, at least 10 minutes daily post-workout.

This workout focuses on shoulder strength & stability. I do this one about 2x a week.⬇️⬇️
